I'm Jacob Allen. I buy real estate — specifically, I find deals other operators walk past and structure them through creative finance: lease options, seller finance, terms-based acquisitions. I've built a portfolio most people would consider impossible to put together on a traditional path.

I started my first company at 21. The lessons from that — what works, what blows up, what takes longer than you think — shaped how I approach building anything today.

My professional background is in wealth management. It's trained me to think clearly about risk, time horizon, and what it actually takes to build lasting wealth. But real estate is where I put those principles to work for myself.

I'm based in Texas. That distance from my portfolio forced me to build systems early — and systems are what actually scale.

What I Believe

Faith comes first. Everything else — business, money, ambition — serves that, not the other way around.
Debt is a tool, not a lifestyle. I use it strategically and plan to eliminate it systematically.
Consistency and time beat talent and luck. Every time.
